About This Program

Residential Services for Adults with IDD

Helping Hands Shared Housing provides community residential housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our shared-housing model offers a structured, supportive living environment where residents receive daily care, skills development, and access to community life — while agency case managers maintain therapeutic oversight.

We serve IDD adults who need stable housing with supervision and daily support but do not require clinical residential treatment. Our program is designed to build independence, community connection, and employment skills while residents work toward permanent housing.

This enrollment will allow us to serve individuals on DD Waiver programs and bill Medicaid for eligible residential services. We welcome early inquiries from IDD agencies while enrollment completes.
